This Is Us

  Our chickens used to just free range and roam around our yard.  Brichette got Rooben, and unfortunately that had to end.  We didn't think he would hurt them, but he has.  So, we can't just let them out in the morning, let them play around, and then close the coop at night.  We decided to build a chicken run.  We can put them in it in the morning and then take them back to the coop in the evening.  Nick built it out of wood and latus and put a door on it.  So far so good.

  Rooben loves to sleep on his back with his legs in the air.  It's so cute and so silly! Today I found him sleeping like this on the couch. I really don't see how that can be comfortable. lol

  Tigger is pretty nice to Rooben.  He will play a little bit with him and isn't to mean.  Unless Tigger has had enough then his claws come out and he swats really hard and then leaves.  Lucy on the other hand isn't nice at all.  She will hiss and swat even if Rooben is just trying to walk by. lol. Today I found Rooben and Tigger sleeping on the stairs by each other with Rooben's paw on Tigger.  It was so cute!

  So technically Zain, Lydia, and Tyler's spring break is this week (April 3 - April 7).  This morning we were relaxing on the couch watching TV, and Rooben was cuddling with Lydia.  It was so cute, I had to take some pictures and a video.  He was snoring. lol.  To bad the video won't download, but maybe I can put it on our Instagram.
