New Year’s Eve Party 2025

Image
This year for New Year’s Eve we went to Nick’s parent’s house.  We made way too much food including cheese dip, 7 layer bean dip, and more. Nick’s parents also made food and it was just the 7 of us. Brichette, Sam, and Flint had plans with friends and Xander and Savannah had other plans.  I’m not sure what happened, but I didn’t get any pictures. So enjoy these two from BeReal!

This year for New Year's Eve we went to Jeff and Abbie's house. We had yummy food, played games, watched movies, and our kids played with Jeff's and Alex's light sabers. I also made a sourdough loaf with a snowflake cut in it.

New Year's Eve Party 2023

This year for New Year's Eve we stayed home and it was just the five of us. I haven't been feeling well the last couple of days and ended up getting hives all over my body. Our party this year didn't have the regular food that we usually have... All the food was frozen and we just reheated it. We played games and then watched the new Indiana Jones movie (Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny).

New Year’s Party

For New Year’s this year it was just the six of us. Brichette was with Sam. Nick and I went to a couple stores early in the day to beat the crowds. We got stuff for our “party”.  For our party dinner we had fruits, veggies, both with dips, chips and cheese dip, little smokies, crostinis with cheeseball, muddy buddies, chocolate rice crispy treats, boneless Buffalo wings, chips and queso (both from Chili’s), and my grandma Alice’s meat rolls. We played card games and video games on Xander’s Xbox. We bought small Martinelli’s for each of us and toasted to a fun, wonderful 2022, and a hopeful exciting 2023. We also got lots of snow this weekend. I wanted it for the weekend of Christmas, but oh well. At least we are getting a lot more snow this year and hopefully won’t be in a drought this summer! For some reason I don’t want 2023 to start. I am nervous and worried. I’m not sure why, but I just keep praying that it will be a good year and that whatever comes we can have to strength and...

New Year’s Party

We had a fun New Year’s Eve party! Our food: Rosemary Chicken  but cooked in the oven, white rice, fruits and Fruit Dip , veggies and ranch dip, cheese crackers, chips, tortilla chips and cheese dip, little Debbie treats, Oreos, pudding, raspberry donuts, and drinks. Xander had his friends over, they played games, and then they left. We all played games and had a good time. I don’t know why I don’t have any pictures of it… 🤷🏻‍♀️

New Year’s Eve Party

For the last several years we have had our own New Year’s Eve party at home. They have been the best. This year I got out our serving dishes and made our food spread a little prettier. We have so much food and get so full. As a white elephant gift we got Rootbeer Pong. So we played that and had so much fun. We watched movies, and live streamed some of the celebration at The Gateway. Then at midnight the kids went outside and banged on pots and pans, yelled happy new year, and watched the neighbors fireworks. Hopefully 2021 will be a little happier than 2020!

New Year's Eve 2019

For New Year's Eve we stayed home and had our own little party. We made some yummy food and then played games until midnight.  One of the games we played is a game called Exploding Kittens. It's a really fun game. Here is our food, and the fun we had playing games.
We changed our layout. We know it's about a month early but we thought we would get a jump start on it since we've been behind on things. Hope 2010 is going great for everyone.
