You Two Are So Cute!!!

Yesterday Nick and I were sleep in bed. I could hear that the kids were awake and down stairs. I listened for a minute and figured out that they were getting cereal. I knew Brichette could make that, so I thought I would let them go ahead and I would help clean up any mess that they make, and I stayed in bed. The next thing I knew Xander was walking in our room with a paper cup of water and said they were bringing us Breakfast In Bed. He grabbed another cup and handed it to Nick. Then Brichette walked in with two bowls of cereal on a cookie sheet. They had gotten Frosted Flakes for Nick and Mini Shredded Wheat (Banana Nut) for me. It was a wonderful Breakfast In Bed!!! How Cute Is That??? They are such wonderful kids and we love them very much!!!

He Did It Again!

I just LOVE my husband!!! Yesterday I was just quietly sitting at my desk working, when my co-worker walked back with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I was completely shocked! I read the card and it said: "Hope these flowers bring warmth to your heart and help you have a wonderful day! Love, Nick" That sure brightened my day, and made me so happy! Then one of my other co-workers asked what they were for, and I told him just because my husband loves me. He than said that Nick was making him look bad, and that I couldn't say anything to his wife, because he was slacking. LOL! I LOVE YOU NICOLAS! YOU ARE THE BEST HUSBAND IN THE WHOLE WORLD! THANKS FOR SPOILING ME!!! Side Note: **I love the vase. It's actually a glass drink pitcher, and is beautifully swirled with Red, Orange, White, and Black. I'm really excited to use it after the flowers have died.

Can You Read My Mind???

I think when you have been married for awhile, you can read each other's mind. The other day I was feeling really tired, and had a busy day at work. On my way home I started thinking about what to make for dinner. After about 5 minutes, I felt like my brain was cramping and telling me... "Nope, sorry you used all your thinking today. Try back tomorrow!". So when I got home, I really didn't feel like making dinner, but I knew I had to. The kids opened the garage door, came running at me (like they usually do) to hug me and tell me how much they missed me. I told them how much I missed them, and then we started to walk in the house. Nick was at the door to greet me (he gets off work before me, gets the kids, and meets me home). I gave him a gigantic hug, and then smelled something good. I said "Oh, what is that smell." and he replied "It's dinner!". Oh you don't even know how happy I was... I almost started crying. I love this man so...
