Earthquake 2020
As everyone knows in March we had a 5.7 earthquake at 7:09 in the morning. Nick was at work, and since the kids didn’t have school we were all sleeping. Lydia had come and gotten in our bed. So when the earthquake happened, I sat up in bed and held Lydia. She was panicking and I just kept telling her it was okay, it’s okay. We couldn’t get out of bed because it was shaking so bad. Zain and Tyler woke up screaming. As soon as it stopped I grabbed Lydia and put her in our bedroom doorway. I told Zain and Tyler to stand by her and I went to find Brichette and Xander. They were on their way upstairs, so I just had them come up the rest of the way and we stood in the doorway for about 5 minutes. Then I grabbed my phone and Nick called. We made sure each other was okay. Nick was at work by his work truck. He said he got pinned between his truck and another one. He got out, and went out of the garage into the yard.
