  Tonight for movie night instead of making my mini sourdough pizzas round I shaped them like pumpkins. Here is my  Recipe For Sourdough Mini Pizzas When Jeff (my cousin who is more like my brother), his wife Abbie ( Here  are their wedding photos that I took), and Jeff's boys come over for movie night, we have so much fun that I don't usually get a lot of photos.  Tonight was no exception... I only got these three photos. haha We watched the new Hocus Pocus 2.  It was really good and I enjoyed it.  However, the first one will always be my favorite!

  We love making our own pizzas, and I wanted to use some sourdough starter. So, here is a recipe for Sourdough Pizza Dough Sourdough Pizza 1/2 Cup Sourdough Starter 1 Cup Warm Water (about 110°) 2 1/2 Cups Flour 1 tsp Salt Your Favorite Pizza Sauce and Toppings Put the sourdough starter in a bowl.  Add the water and mix until starter is dissolved.  Add in the salt and flour.  Mix until well blended.  Let sit for 2-4 hours, or until doubled in size.  Divide into smaller amounts and shape into balls.  We can usually divide it into 8 pieces. Roll out (or use your hands) into desired thickness and size.  Place dough on a rack on a cookie sheet and cook for 5 minutes so the dough is precooked.  Pull out and add sauce, cheese, and toppings.  Cook for 10-15 minutes, until cheese and toppings are the desired brown and crispyness.  Cut and enjoy! If you cook in an air fryer, precook the dough for 2-3 minutes and cook with toppings for 3 min...

Every Friday we have movie night. If there is a new movie out on DVD we buy it, if not we watch one we have at home. In October we watch Halloween movies. In November we watch movies about thanksgiving, family, kindness, etc. In December we watch Christmas movies. Tonight it’s Scooby-Doo and the Goblin King . In case you were wondering… I still love our electric fireplace and the LED light strip on the top shelf.
