This Is Us

So we decided that the kids love 4-wheeling so much that we would find a used one for them (small one of course). We found one, and they love it. They've only been able to ride it around the neighborhood a couple times, because it hasn't been warm enough to go anywhere to ride. It wasn't really warm enough to ride around the neighborhood, but they were so excited they couldn't wait. Zain is wearing his snow suit, it was that cold. LOL! Also they had to have hot chocolate when we came inside.

When we got rained out over memorial day weekend and had to come home, we decided to go ride the ATV's with Melissa's family. We went out to the desert and had a lot of fun. There were mud puddles everywhere. Xander and Melissa went through one, and Xander decided that he wanted to go again. So Melissa thought it would be fun to go through faster. So they did, and Melissa was covered from head to toe in mud. Now as most of you know Melissa does not like to be dirty, sticky, or anything like that. So we all were very surprised that she wasn't freaking out about it, and even more surprised when she went through more puddles. Over across the street Nick found a huge muddy-water pit. After a couple of times passing it, and really wanting to, he decided to drive through it. It went almost up to his knees. It was so cool. My sister Jessica and her husband Kevin visited us this weekend, and so did Alyssa. It was so much fun. We went four-wheeling Saturday up Farmington Canyon, Sunday (after church) up the canyon by Kamas (east of Park City), and then this morning Jess and Kevin made breakfast for all of us. They really love to cook, and wanted to cook for us... Thanks guys, it was very YUMMY!!! Love You! So, Saturday evening we went to Jake's birthday party, Yes, all dirty and gross but we didn't want to be any later then we already were. I tried to stay away from everyone because I didn't want them to see that I had a Dirt Tan, and smelled like rotting sage brush. We hope we didn't hurt Mieshka, or Jake's feelings by being late! We love you guys!!! Then we went home. We were all so tired, and needed to take showers, and had to get up early for church. So I got the kids all clean and in our bed to watch a movie while Nick and I took a shower. When we got out, they both had fallen asle...
