All-Natural 5 Ingredient Deodorant

For over 10 years I have been using deodorant that I make. I started having problems with commercial deodorant, I tried so many different brands. I would get red bumps, it wouldn't work longer than a couple hours, it would leave hard clumps on my shirts, or it would make me itch.

One day I was talking with a friend about all the problems, and she said that her mom makes deodorant for her. I asked her what she puts in it and she wasn't sure, but that it had coconut oil and essential oils. After doing a lot of research I was able to put together a recipe that worked really well. The only problem is it would melt fairly easy if the temperature got about 75.

I recently found that adding beeswax would help with the melting point. I added beeswax and now it has a higher heat tolerance and it makes the deodorant have a smoother texture. It also has antifungal, antimicrobial, and antibacterial properties.

I also started using unrefined coconut oil, so it smells like coconuts.

I had a few people tell me that they have problems with commercial deodorants, and I told them that I have been thinking about selling my deodorant. I gave them a free sample and they loved it. So... here we are... selling my deodorant.

It only has 5 ingredients:

  • Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil
  • Arrowroot Powder
  • Cornstarch
  • Baking Soda
  • 100% Pure Beeswax
The leading commercial brands have aluminum, parabens, phthalates, triclosan, talc, synthetic fragrance/perfumes, or caffeine. These can increase the risk of cancers, Alzheimer's disease, liver damage, hormonal imbalance, allergic reactions, skin irritation, cell mutation, reproductive issues, thyroid disfunction, addiction and more.

I don't tell you this to scare you, but to inform you. We all want to live better healthier lives, but most people don't think about their deodorant when trying to improve their health.

If you want to purchase our all-natural deodorant, it's on our website: Coconut Honey Deodorant It comes in a 4 oz. container (double the size of the leading brands) and will last one person 4-6 months (which is at least four times as long).

Please share this so that we can hopefully help others!
