Swimming Pool - A Great Investment

In 2017 we decided to invest in buying an above ground pool.  We don't usually shop at Walmart, but that is where we could find one.  We found a 16' one and got it all set up.  The kids had so much fun and really enjoyed it.  Then something happened and the pump stopped working.  We didn't want to drain the pool take it back, get another one, then fill it up.  So we went in bought a new one (they didn't have the 16' anymore so we had to get an 18'), set it up next to the other one, moved the water from the old one to the new one, and then took down the old and took it back for a refund.

For 4 summers we have had a pool.  It has been a great investment.  I don't have to try and pack all the kids up, all their stuff and food, get in the car, pay every time to get into a swimming pool, try to find a spot, worry about people not being kind, keep an eye on everyone, make sure they are safe, pack everything all back up, come home, unpack it all again, and then do it all over again the next time.  They can just put on their suits, sunblock, and go out and have fun.  Most days I sit out there and watch them, but if Brichette or Xander are out there they make sure everyone is safe.

To us keeping it filled, clean, and any other hassle far out weighs us having to go to a public pool.

If you are on the fence about getting one... We say DO IT!

Here are some pictures from over the last 4 years.
