It’s a Snake

 When we were tearing up the front garden (you can read about it in this post - New Garden) we found a black snake living in all the grass and flowers. He or she slithered away into our other gardens, but Xander found it. He picked it up and showed all his siblings. It secreted this awful stinky stuff. It’s to defend against predators, but he/she just sat in Xander hands. Tyler tried to hold him/her, but it kept trying to get away. We couldn’t figure out what kind of snake it is, so if any of you know, let us know!
