Hamburger Macaroni Dinner
We’ve made this dinner a few times. It’s so easy, quick, and only has a few ingredients that you probably already have at home.
We got the recipe from someone on Pinterest, but we had to change it due to allergies, and I’ve added some stuff in, so I changed the name.
It only takes about 30 minutes to make.
Hamburger Macaroni:
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2-8 oz. cans Tomato Sauce
- 2-8 oz. cans (from Tomato Sauce) Water
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mustard
In a large pot add the ground beef and brown on medium heat. While browning the ground beef, add the onion powder, salt, and pepper. Once the beef is browned and most of the fat is cooked out, add all the ingredients to the pot. Cover and cook over medium heat for 12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally so the macaroni doesn’t stick to the bottom. Serve with cheese or your favorite toppings.
You could also have a green salad and rolls with it.
Enjoy!
