Finally... The Bee's Game Post! Go Bees!!!

So last Saturday we went to the Bees game with my work and it was Fan Appreciation Night, so they gave out a lot of free stuff. My work also had a raffle. I won a bat bag. It's really nice and big. It was so much fun, and the kids really enjoyed it this time. We've gone before, but haven't been able to stay for the last couple innings, because the game can't keep their attention (the ADHD). But they were very good this time... There were some factors in that:

1. One of my friends from work sat in front of us, and they had their two little boys with them.
2. There was fireworks after the game
3. After the fireworks they were able to run the bases on the diamond.

Nick went to go get some Dippin' Dots (some of our favorite "Ice Cream"), and he snuck into the gift shop first. He came back with some T-shirts for the kids, and bats... oh and the Dippin' Dots. They were so excited about them (as you can see from the pictures). Thanks Hunny! Also Matt (The COO of the company I work for, and my boss) bought them stuffed Monkey's. That was very Nice of him... Thank you Matt.

So the Bee's Won... HURRAY!!! GO BEES. It was a really great game.

After the game they had some awesome fireworks. Ones that I have never seen before. All different colors, patterns, and just really cool. They had Country music playing which is totally the best ever! :)

Then once the fireworks were over they allowed the kids to come down and run the bases. Brichette and Xander were so excited do to that. I was afraid for Xander because he is so small... I didn't want the bigger kids just running him over. So I asked Brichette to keep Xander with her, but she didn't. She was too excited and ran really fast around the bases. Xander ran, but not as fast as he normally runs. It was almost like he was running slower so that he could take in the feeling of being able to run around on them. So Cute!!! They had the parents wait at home plate, then they had us exit past the visitor dug-out and gave each kid a free kids meal to the Spaghetti Factory and a Nut Roll (they even gave us parents one of those, YUMMY!). They were also really excited about that too.

So we had lots of fun and a great evening. I will post the pictures in a slide show.

Oh, also in the one picture of the three kids...
Brichette was doing the Peace sign like Alyssa does. See Alyssa... She LOVES you so much that she wants to be just like you. Also in some other pictures (not from the Bees game) she has tried to take pictures with the whole "hold the camera with one hand while you take a self portrait" thing you do. :) We Love and Miss You Alyssa!
