Martin Luther King Jr.'s Quotes and Favorite Foods

 In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. I decided to find his favorite foods.  There were a lot of websites, and they mostly had the same information.  So, I decided to use this one Taste of Home - Martin Luther King Jr.'s Favorite Foods

There is fried chicken (which I've never made before and not sure I could make it), pecan pie, quilly, pickled eggs, smothered steak, mac & cheese, peach cobbler, and collard greens.

So tonight, I am going to make Mac & Cheese. But I am going to add bacon to it, so we have more protein and a meat. That's about all our family would eat, because Picky Eaters. Hopefully it tastes good!
